Bellabeat announces three new devices
The Bellabeat range now includes a fitness tracker called Leaf, a smart scale for before, during, and after pregnancy, called Balance, and Shell, a revised version of the original hardware that lets pregnant mothers listen to their baby's heartbeat.

Lark has moved away from self-tracking hardware and relaunched with an iOS 8 app to provide health coaching based on your data. Lark pulls data from Apple's Health app and offers feedback, conversation-style. I found the data it pulled from my iPhone 5S to be wildly innacurate a lot of the time, with no option for editing, but having a "conversation" with Lark is a fun gimmick.
There's also an Android version, compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S5.
