Quantified Self survey says self-trackers are more likely to exercise
Apparently self-trackers are more likely to be eating better and exercising more than they were a year ago, compared with people who don't track their activities. This survey also looked at how much attention people pay to digital ads and how comfortable self-trackers are with sharing their data.
