Sukrit Mohan, senior software engineer in Jawbone’s data science team, explored Jawbone users' mood data to find correlations for happy and sad moods. He found that sleeping 8-9.5 hours per night correlated with the best morning mood scores, and that many users had better moods on weekdays at 5pm than earlier in the afternoon.
