Microsoft's second activity tracker/smartwatch crossover has a two day battery life and an always-on watch mode. It handles the usual smart notifications from Windows Phone, Android, and iOS devices, and has eleven different sensors built-in, so as well as tracking movement it handles heart rate, location, skin temperature, atmospheric pressure, and VO2 Max (blood oxygen levels). It supports third-party apps too. You can (pre-)order one from the Microsoft Store.

PAUSE is an app promising a relaxing and calming effect via "focused attention". PAUSE asks you to focus on moving your thumb slowly around your phone's screen as an ambient soundtrack plays.
